A Pedigree of Performance

After working for over 30 years in the residential and commercial development fields, Marty and Charlie joined forces in 2021 to form Verta Capital Partners. Their shared love for high quality developments, integrity, and transparency led them to pursue the formation of a company that will deliver communities that reflect these core principles.
